"Customer service was okay, not amazing"
I mean, they did eventually help me, so I don’t want to act like it was terrible. I get that places get busy and I’m not expecting instant replies or anything, but it did take a while to hear back. In the end, my issue was handled, I just wish the communication had been a bit faster.

"Good quality with one small downside"
Most of the stuff I ordered felt sturdy and looked just like the pictures. One pillow was a bit thinner than I thought it'd be, but overall, I'm happy with the quality for the price...

"I don’t trust the sizing anymore"
I ordered two tops in my usual size, the fit made no sense. One was huge and boxy, and the other was tight through the arms and chest. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help at all. After paying to send things back and still ending up with nothing I can actually wear, I just don’t feel confident buying clothes from here again.

"Wish I’d Known Shipping Would Take So Long"
I ordered from countrystorecatalog.com, the items themselves were fine once they finally showed up. I just really regret not checking more into the shipping situation first, because it took way longer than I expected and I didn’t get much in the way of clear updates.
It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever had, but the waiting got frustrating. I might order again someday, but only if I’m absolutely not in a hurry

"I ordered a shirt from Country Store Catalog..."
I ordered a shirt from Country Store Catalog, but the sizing just didn’t work out for me. To be fair, that happens sometimes with clothes, so I was mostly hoping the return wouldn’t turn into a whole ordeal. The instructions were clear, and I didn’t have to keep contacting anyone to figure out what to do.
Once they received it, my refund showed up within a few days. I expected it to be more annoying than it was, but everything was handled smoothly and fairly.
